Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. If you view prices in another currency, they are for guidance only and you will be charged in GBP. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it is not our acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a product being unavailable, and we will refund you in full if we do.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times shown are estimates and vary by destination. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will help. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged in their country.
You may return items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. We refund once the return is received and inspected. Full details are on our Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
