All Jeffery Green Staywax® cotton coats include lifetime reproofing. Whenever your coat requires re-waxing to maintain its water resistance and weatherproofing, ship it to our Oxfordshire workshop or drop it off in person. Our specialists will clean, re-wax, and return it to you in renewed condition.
We provide complimentary worldwide express shipping on orders over £250 via DHL Express. All orders shipped to the United States, European Union, and Switzerland are dispatched Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—meaning no unexpected fees or customs delays upon arrival.
Yes. For coats and jackets, sleeve lengthening or shortening, horn button repositioning, and hem adjustments can be performed in our Great Tew workshop prior to dispatch. Simply specify your sleeve measurement in the order notes or contact our concierge after ordering.
