Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order. If you do not, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in all their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Email customerservice@jefferygreen.store with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions.
3. Post the item back in its original packaging and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method once your return arrives and has been inspected. We will email you when the refund is issued.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
